Shipping & Returns

All Shipping and Returns are subject to the Terms & Conditions and subject to change without notice.

Order Lead Time

In stock items will ship within 5-7 business days after purchase. If an order has multiple items, we will ship the order once all items are in-stock. 

If your order is a rush, please contact us at and we will do our best to prioritize your order. Orders identified as priority or rush orders may be subject to additional shipping cost.


We ship via the services of third parties, including but not limited to Canada Post. VIIV Boutique is not liable for lost shipments when tracking shows it has been delivered. VIIV Boutique is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.

If your package is sent back to VIIV Boutique for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the return shipping of your order.

International Orders

Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders:

  • Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. VIIV Boutique is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.
  • The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
  • VIIV Boutique is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
  • All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Our return policy permits returns for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, please email and request a return shipping label. We will transmit a shipping label to you and request that you mail the item so it is received within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent with the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. Items that are engraved, soldered, altered, customized, or on sale cannot be exchanged or credited.

Non-returnable items:
  • Gift certificates
  • Rings 
  • Special orders
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Items on sale
  • Items purchased from the Buy-Back Program

If you are not eligible for a return, you may consult our Buy-Back Program and verify it you are eligible for a store credit in accordance with the Buy-Back Program Terms and Conditions. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Should you be approved for a refund/return, we will transmit a shipping label to you so that you may complete the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 5-10 business days to process the transaction, once the merchandise has been returned and assessed by our team.

If an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, no refund will be issued, or a partial refund will be issued at the sole discretion of VIIV Boutique. 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that customs and other taxes on returns made outside of North America must be fully paid by the customer before the return is given authorization. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at After we have confirmed and approved the exchange we will transmit you a shipping label. Once the item is received we will transmit you a new item to replace the one exchanged.

If you are not eligible for an exchange, you can always participate in our Buy-Back Program in accordance with the Buy-Back Program Terms and Conditions.
